The UI/UX Designer will support the organisation through design and development of new and existing apps and oversee brand development, with a particular emphasis on detail, design and implement web and print solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify UX design needs for the company’s digital projects;
• Develop and conceptualize UI/UX design strategies for branding and promotion;
• Produce high-quality UX designs using wireframes, flow diagrams, graphic and visual design, sitemaps, prototypes, and storyboards;
• Design UI elements, such as search boxes, navigation menus, widgets, and tabs, for the company’s digital assets using various UI/UX tools;
• Test UI elements, such as banners, CTAs, page designs, page layouts, target links, and page flows, for landing pages;
• Collaborate with the internal teams and external designers to make sure that tailor-made content is being created and delivered to the digital users;
• Advice and guide the implementation of UX research methods and tests to ensure proper prediction and analysis of user behavior;
• Adhere to the graphic design and typography style standards;
• Understand production pipeline and support developers and design team in production process;
• Use and deploy design standards to ensure consistent production for web and mobile application products;
• Must have the ability to balance aesthetics with technical platform capabilities and limitations;
• Testing and ensuring that the UI design meets the intended UX goals.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven 5 years of Mobile APP UI/UX experience
• Experience of Working in Figma is a MUST!
• Quantitative and user behaviour analysis skills
• Experience with Jira (Preferred)
• Outstanding Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign skills
• Passion for creating experiences in online environments
• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
• Experience in enterprise mobile apps
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and prototypes
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
• Must have experience in prototyping tools like balsamiq, invasion is preferred.

Location: 2nd Floor, OneExpress Plaza (above McDonald's and Imtiaz Mart) Islamabad Expressway Gulberg Greens Interchange, Islamabad.

Job Timing: 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM PKT (According to UK Timings)

Salary: Upto 150k (subject to experience and demonstrated/proven skills)
