
NAD Group (hereinafter referred to as "Company"), including all its affiliated companies and
subsidiaries (collectively, the "NAD Group"), and [Employee Name] (hereinafter referred to as
"Employee") agree to the following terms and conditions for the position of Senior Visual
Designer.
Responsibilities:
- Design Leadership: Provide creative direction and leadership to design teams, ensuring
the highest quality of design output. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including
marketing, product development, and engineering, to align design objectives with overall
business goals.
- Conceptualization and Ideation: Generate innovative design concepts and ideas based
on project requirements,target audience, and brand guidelines. Translate abstract concepts
into visual representations and design solutions.
- Design Execution: Create visually appealing and effective designs across various
mediums, such as print, digital,and multimedia. Develop
layouts, graphics, illustrations, and other design elements using industry-standard design
tools and software.
- Branding and Visual Identity: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring
consistency and coherence across all design assets for the NAD Group. Develop and
refine brand visual identity, including logo design, typography,color palettes, and visual
elements.
- User Experience (UX) Design: Collaborate with UX designers to create intuitive and
user-friendly interfaces for websites, applications, and other digital platforms. Conduct
user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and optimize user
experience.
- Project Management: Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple design projects
simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest
quality. Coordinate with stakeholders, provide regular project updates, and manage
resources effectively.
- Team Collaboration and Mentoring: Foster a collaborative and creative work
environment, mentoring and guiding junior designers to enhance their skills and
capabilities. Provide constructive feedback and support the professional growth of team
members.
- Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging
technologies, and best practices in the field. Apply industry knowledge and insights to
drive innovative design solutions and maintain a competitive edge for the NAD Group.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks of design deliverables
to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. Maintain high
standards of design excellence and attention to detail.
- Communication and Presentation: Effectively communicate design
concepts, strategies, and rationales to stakeholders and clients. Present design solutions in
a clear and compelling manner, incorporating feedback and ensuring alignment with
project objectives.
- Concept-to-Completion for Visual Content Creation:
o Develop and execute animations, motion graphics, and other visual elements for
various platforms and projects, ensuring alignment with brand identity and project
goals.
o Attend photoshoots and video shoots on-site to provide creative direction, capture
supplemental visual content, and ensure seamless integration with the overall
design strategy.
o Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and other production personnel to
achieve the desired visual outcome.
- Content Creation and Design Integration:
o Develop compelling visual concepts, stories, and designs for a variety of projects.
o Write clear, concise, and engaging text content for marketing
materials, presentations, and other visual assets, ensuring alignment with the
overall design strategy. Collaborate with content creators as needed.
o Generate creative content ideas for various platforms and campaigns, fostering
brand alignment and target audience engagement.
o Translate written content into visual representations and design
solutions, ensuring seamless integration and message clarity.
This responsibility incorporates three key aspects:
- Animation and Motion Graphics: It clarifies that the Senior Visual Designer is
responsible for creating animations and motion graphics, expanding the design execution
skills beyond static visuals.
- On-site Photoshoot/Video Shoot Attendance: It outlines the requirement to be present
at photoshoot and video shoot locations to provide creative direction and capture
additional visual content.
- Collaboration with Production Teams: It emphasizes collaboration with
photographers, videographers, and other production personnel to ensure a cohesive visual
outcome.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
The following KPIs will be used to evaluate the performance of the Senior Visual Designer:
- Design Quality: Measured by factors such as creativity, aesthetics, adherence to brand
guidelines, and overall visual impact.
- Project Timelines: Ability to deliver design projects within agreed-upon deadlines and
milestones.
- Client Satisfaction: Assessed through surveys, feedback, and reviews regarding meeting
client requirements,responsiveness, and overall client experience.
- Team Collaboration: Effectiveness in collaborating with cross-functional
teams, fostering positive working relationships, clear communication, and successful
project outcomes.
- Design Impact: Measured by the effectiveness of design solutions in achieving intended
goals, such as conversion rates, user engagement, brand recognition, or other relevant
performance indicators.
- Design Efficiency: Assessed by the ability to optimize design processes and
workflows, improving efficiency and productivity (turnaround time, design
iterations, resource allocation).
- Content Quality: Measured by the clarity, conciseness, and effectiveness of written
content in achieving its intended purpose and engaging the target audience.
- Content Strategy and Ideation: Evaluated by the originality, creativity, and strategic
alignment of content ideas generated for various platforms and campaigns.
- Completion of Assigned Tasks: Demonstrated ability to successfully complete tasks
assigned by the manager they report to, meeting deadlines and expectations.
- Professional Development: Track the professional growth and development of the senior
designer, including participation in training programs, industry certifications, and staying
up-to-date with design trends and technologies.
- Mentorship and Team Development: Effectiveness of mentoring and supporting junior
designers, including their growth, skills development, and overall team satisfaction.
These KPIs may be adjusted based on specific project requirements and the overall business
goals of the NAD Group.Regular evaluation and feedback sessions will be conducted to track
progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure continuous growth and success.
Employee Agreement:
The Employee agrees to:
- Perform the duties and responsibilities outlined above to the best of their ability.
- Generate original and creative content for all assigned projects.
- Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all design work.
- Uphold the Company's brand identity and design guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Stay up-to-date on design trends and software advancements.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and the Employee
regarding the position of Senior Visual Designer. It supersedes all prior or contemporaneous
communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
