Job Type: Full-time, On-Site (9 AM to 4 PM, 1 Hour Remote)

Salary: Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth keyword research, search intent mapping, and competitor analysis.
• Implement on-page SEO strategies, including title optimization, meta tags, content structuring, and rich snippets.
• Execute technical SEO tasks such as fixing crawl errors, enhancing Core Web Vitals, and optimizing mobile usability.
• Perform off-page SEO, including white-hat link-building, outreach, and digital PR.
• Manage local SEO, including Google Business Profile optimization and citation management.
• Assist with e-commerce SEO, optimizing product pages, internal linking, and structured data.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like GA4, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
• Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
• SEO Tools & Software Proficiency
• Google Suite: Google Search Console, GA4, Google Business Profile, Google Tag Manager.
• SEO Research & Auditing: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Ubersuggest.
• Technical SEO & Performance: GTmetrix, PageSpeed Insights, Sitebulb, Lighthouse.
• Content & NLP Optimization: SurferSEO, Clearscope, Frase.io.
• Rank Tracking & Reporting: SE Ranking, SERPWatcher, Advanced Web Ranking.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years in SEO, with hands-on experience in technical and on-page SEO.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and schema markup.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
