Role – ServiceNow ATF Quality Analyst
Experience - 6 to 9 Years
Location – Hyderabad
Work Mode : 5 Days work from Office
Job Description:
ServiceNow QA resource will be responsible to test the user story based on acceptance criteria. Need to perform over all regression testing and prepare ATF scripts.
Roles and Responsibilities of a ServiceNow ATF Quality Analyst
Test Planning and Strategy:
- Develop and implement test plans and strategies for ServiceNow applications using the Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and define test objectives.
Test Case Development:
- Create, maintain, and execute automated test cases using ATF.
- Ensure test cases cover functional, regression, and performance testing.
Test Execution and Reporting:
- Execute automated tests and analyze results.
- Report defects and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve test processes and frameworks.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and ATF enhancements.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members.
- Communicate test progress, results, and issues effectively.
Skills Required for a ServiceNow ATF Quality Analyst
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript.
- Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks.
Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and design effective test cases.
Attention to Detail:
- High attention to detail to ensure thorough testing and accurate results.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications (Optional but beneficial):
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Certifications in Agile and test management (e.g., ISTQB, ITIL).
