Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and charismatic Show Chef to lead live culinary performances and deliver unforgettable dining experiences. As the face of the kitchen, you will engage directly with guests through interactive food preparation, signature presentations, and table side service with flair. This role combines culinary excellence, stage presence, and guest interaction, making it perfect for someone with both passion and personality.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform live cooking demonstrations and table side service in front of guests with confidence and showmanship.
• Prepare and present signature dishes with precision, flair, and personality.
• Create a memorable, entertaining experience that reflects the brand’s image and hospitality standards.
• Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner, answering questions and enhancing their overall experience.
• Work closely with the culinary team to ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in all preparation and service areas.
• Stay updated on culinary trends and explore creative ways to enhance presentation and guest engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a chef or culinary performer in a high-end, guest-facing environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; confident in engaging with a live audience.
• Excellent knife skills and understanding of food handling and hygiene practices.
• Creativity in plating and food styling.
• Passion for hospitality, service, and delivering a unique guest experience.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Experience in luxury dining, live stations, or culinary entertainment is a strong advantage.
• Experience with social media or on-camera content.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
