Our projects range from luxury interiors to high-end commercial renovations and seamless property maintenance. We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Site Engineer to bring expertise, efficiency, and innovation to our sites.

Your Role

As a Site Engineer, you will be the backbone of our projects, ensuring smooth execution, top-tier quality, and on-time delivery. You will work closely with project managers, designers, and contractors to turn blueprints into reality while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Oversee the site work, ensuring that renovation, fit-out, and maintenance projects are executed as per design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Technical Supervision: Provide engineering support, resolve site challenges, and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Quality Control: Ensure workmanship meets industry standards, conducting inspections and resolving issues proactively.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, making sure all activities comply with Dubai Municipality and UAE regulations.
• Progress Monitoring: Track site progress, update project reports, and ensure efficient material and manpower utilization.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams to maintain smooth communication and resolve concerns.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in fit-out, renovation, and maintenance projects (Dubai experience preferred)
• Strong technical knowledge of construction materials, methods, and project management
• Ability to read technical drawings and AutoCAD plans
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to site challenges
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders
• Knowledge of local regulations, permits, and authority approvals
