To scale our online presence and strengthen our global brand image, we are looking for a passionate and skilled Social Media Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the company’s social media pages (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across all platforms.
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars in coordination with the marketing team.
• Write compelling social media captions, taglines, and blog snippets that reflect our brand voice.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual content aligns with messaging.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and apply them appropriately.
• Track and analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights.
• Run paid campaigns (boosted posts, sponsored ads, etc.) and monitor ROI.
• Conduct basic keyword research and implement SEO best practices in content.
• Assist in writing website content, blogs, press releases, and marketing materials.
• Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes and SEO trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing business social media accounts.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization.
• Ability to create and adapt content for international audiences.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
• Knowledge of paid campaign management is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
