Introduction

We’re looking for a dynamic and creative social media executive to join our team.

As a social media executive, you will work collaboratively with our client as well as with our In-House marketing teams. You will also manage social media presence, create and execute strategies and engage with relevant audience to increase brand awareness. You should be able to lead and manage the digital campaigns to nurture brand's online visibility — from ideation to final execution and analysis.

• Development of various service / announcement advertisements and posts them on various social media platforms.
• Develop banners / posters for any upcoming event and announce the event on relevant platforms.

Objectives of this role

• Work closely with our client teams to establish and maintain an assertive brand outreach on social platforms.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to meet brand objectives.
• Manage advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, Tumblr and Reddit.
• Support social marketing efforts for other channels, such as SEO/SEM/PR campaigns.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all customer concerns and inquiries from the media about a given product line.

Your tasks

• Monitor the organisation's social media accounts and ensure brand consistency in all social media messages, produce reports, etc.
• Create relevant and versatile content to engage target audiences, promote our brand and drive engagement.
• Report and analyse the performance of social media campaigns and provide insights on performance metrics.

Required skills and qualifications

• Experience of at least two (02) years in digital marketing, content writing, web design and social media management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with problem-solving acumen.
• Expertise in social media platforms (like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn).
• Familiarity with customer service and customer relations.
• Strong attention to detail with time-management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with ease.

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing or a related field.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (like Google Analytics and Adobe Creative Suite).
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM and other digital marketing techniques.
• Knowledge of social media management tools (like Buffer and Hootsuite).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
