Front Desk Officer / Receptionist

Roles and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Targets: Achieve Primary &amp; Secondary Targets.</li><li>Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and potential threats. Utilize data-driven insights to formulate effective sales strategies.</li><li>Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, doctors, and partners. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.</li><li>Sales Forecasting: Analyze sales data and market trends to accurately forecast sales volumes and revenues. Adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.</li><li>Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget for the assigned region. Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Training and Development: Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.</li><li>Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Generate accurate and timely sales reports for management review.</li></ul>Requirements for Hiring:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.</li><li>Experience: Minimum of 05 years of experience in sales management in the dermatology segment.</li><li>Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities with proven ability to inspire and motivate a sales team towards achieving targets.</li><li>Strategic Thinking: Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills. Ability to think critically and develop innovative sales strategies.</li><li>Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
