Administrative & Finance Assistant (FEMALE)

Our client is looking for an Administrative & Finance Asisstant (Female) for their Karachi office.

The right candidate will assist the managment and administrative team(s) in day-to-day finance & administrative matters including:

  • Book keeping support.
  • Petty cash record management.
  • Filing
  • Payroll data
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Meeting coordination
  • Communication handling
  • Travel arrangements
  • Other office related tasks.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in finance.

Experience: 02-03 years in similar capacity. Relevant fresh candidates are also eligible to apply.

Requirements: Basic accounting knowledge, Good communication skills, attention to details and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
