Administrative Assistant I

The Administrative Assistant will administratively support the Site Development & Integration team projects by performing day-to-day tasks involving the management and reporting for clinical trials conducted at DM Clinical Research.



DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Completing DMCR-required training, including GCP and IATA.
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of current FDA regulations, GCP/ICH guidelines, organizational SOPs, guidance -documents and study protocols.
  • Performing administrative tasks to support as assigned by Site Development and Integration team.
  • Supply ordering and inventory maintenance.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks to include, but not limited to, document preparation, file organization, correspondence, and presentation.
  • Scheduling appointments and planning for meetings.
  • Travel to other sites to either perform the duties of an administrative assistant or train new AAs.
  • Any other matters as assigned by management.


KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE


Education:

  • High school diploma required

Experience:

  • One year experience with spreadsheets
  • One year of experience with GSuite
  • One year experience either taking meeting minutes, scribing, data transcription or a combination of the
  • three.

Credentials:

  • N/A

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong organizational
  • Communication (both verbal and written)
  • Time management skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Detail Oriented.
  • Typing speed 40 words per minute
