Team Leader - Human Resources

Qualification: Masters in HR from a reputed univiersity. Bachelor's with strong HR Ops background can also apply. Relevant HR certifications will be a big plus.

Experience: 3-5 years in similar capacity - Preference will be given to candidates who have perviously worked in Factory environment.

Job Location: Korangi Industrial Area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruitment
• Evaluation, Reporting & Counselling
• Skill Development
• Can carry basic soft skill training - Should also be able to coordinate with Leading trainers for carrying out Industry Specific trainings.
• Should be able to develop / Updated Employee related policies & SOP's.
• Should be able to carry out Employee Orientation programs independently.
• Should be able to coordinate with various government departments for EOBI / SESSI matters.
• Other HR related assignments as required by the management.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
