HR Executive – Generalist

About the Role

A well-known Super-Mart is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive – Generalist to join its Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations, payroll coordination, and recruitment while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes across multiple branch locations.

This role requires regular visits to company branches to support HR operations, address employee concerns, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

· Support, the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

· Process employee enrollment and maintain accurate HRIS records.

· Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely payroll processing.

· Prepare and manage employee shift schedules.

· Monitor employee attendance and resolve attendance-related issues.

· Coordinate employee bank account opening and salary account management.

· Manage employee insurance enrollment, updates, and claims coordination.

· Handle employee grievances professionally and maintain positive employee relations.

· Visit company branches regularly to support HR operations, conduct employee meetings, and ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures.

· Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.

· Provide administrative support to the HR department.

· Perform any other HR-related tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 2–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role.

· Strong knowledge of payroll, attendance management, and recruitment.

· Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

· Willingness to travel frequently to company branches within Karachi.

Preferred Experience

· Experience in the retail, supermarket, or FMCG industry will be an advantage.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
