Junior HR Executive

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Maintained attendance and leave records of all employees for payroll processing.
  • Maintain all employee documents in hardcopy Also maintain records of staff agreements i.e. job offer letter, appointment letter, experience letter, full and final settlement, saving policy fund agreement.
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans and plan all activities for employees.
  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

Requirements and skills

  • 1 to 2 year Proven experience as HR officer
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability
  • BBA / MBA in HRM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
