Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Maintained attendance and leave records of all employees for payroll processing.
- Maintain all employee documents in hardcopy Also maintain records of staff agreements i.e. job offer letter, appointment letter, experience letter, full and final settlement, saving policy fund agreement.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans and plan all activities for employees.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Requirements and skills
- 1 to 2 year Proven experience as HR officer
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
- BBA / MBA in HRM

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
