HR Officer – Performance Management

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer – Performance Management to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing employee performance processes, supporting organizational development, and driving a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor employee performance appraisal systems.
- Coordinate KPI setting and performance evaluation processes.
- Track employee goals, development plans, and performance outcomes.
- Prepare performance reports and analytical insights.
- Support department heads and managers during performance review cycles.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and performance management procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Master's specialization in Human Resources.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in Performance Management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Location
Candidates residing in Gulshan-e-Maymar and nearby areas will be preferred.
