HR Officer – Performance Management

Location: Gulshan-e-Maymar, Karachi
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer – Performance Management to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing employee performance processes, supporting organizational development, and driving a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor employee performance appraisal systems.
  • Coordinate KPI setting and performance evaluation processes.
  • Track employee goals, development plans, and performance outcomes.
  • Prepare performance reports and analytical insights.
  • Support department heads and managers during performance review cycles.
  • Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and performance management procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Master's specialization in Human Resources.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in Performance Management.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Location
Candidates residing in Gulshan-e-Maymar and nearby areas will be preferred.
