Dreamworld Resort, Hotel &amp; Golf Course is looking for AM Facilities and Recreation to join our team.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Effective communication &amp; problem solving skills are required , Strong follow ups &amp; coordination with the Internal &amp; External stakeholders.</li><li>Overseeing the day-to-day operations of facilities including cleaning, maintenance, security, and repairs.</li><li>Developing and implementing programs to improve the efficiency of facilities operations.</li><li>Responsible to conduct, weekly &ndash; monthly -In-house / ON JOB LEARNING sessions with LEARNING &amp; DEVOLEMPMENT section for the staff grooming &amp; development.</li><li>Maintain concise records of all recreation items, e.g., relevant tools inventory, maintenance records, costing, budgeting,</li><li>Responsible to coordinate with the stores &amp; supply chain for sampling of required material and follow ups.</li><li>Manage contractors, and suppliers as directed to ensure service delivery.</li><li>Strong track record of managing external relationships.</li><li>Responsible to supervise and maintained the recreational mechanical facilities and water facilities maintenances / up gradates and strong coordination with in the recreations officer coordinators and supply chain for fast procedures and procurements.</li><li>Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.</li><li>Ability to collaborate well with supervisors, peers, subordinates, guests, vendors and corporate partners.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>At least 2- 3 years of experience in same field</li><li>Must be graduate (B-tech will be preferable)</li><li>Must have knowledge of Business software (MIS)</li><li>Must have excellent problem solving, analytical, interpersonal Skill,</li><li>Must have knowledge of Computer literacy,</li><li>Must Have Good communication skill,</li><li>Individual should be Cool minded, have good Leadership and Management skill.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
