Business Development Manager

Q&N Flavors, a fast-growing food brand under Dreamworld Resort, is looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional to lead business growth and market expansion. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth and positioning of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve organizational goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
• Lead negotiations and successfully close business deals with a focus on revenue growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to support brand initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to support decision-making.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Proven track record in business growth and client relationship management.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
