Job Summary:

Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring on behalf of Kharadar General Hospital for the position of Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, strengthen strategic partnerships, enhance patient acquisition, and identify new revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute business growth strategies

* Build relationships with physicians, corporate clients, and insurance providers

* Identify new business and revenue opportunities

* Monitor market trends and competitor activities

* Coordinate health camps and corporate wellness programs

* Manage strategic partnerships and corporate accounts

Requirements:

* MBA from a reputable institute

* More than 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role within the hospital sector

* Strong understanding of healthcare business development and hospital operations

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

* Proven ability to develop partnerships and drive business growth
