AM Facilities and Recreation

Dreamworld Resort, Hotel & Golf Course is looking for AM Facilities and Recreation to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Effective communication & problem solving skills are required , Strong follow ups & coordination with the Internal & External stakeholders.
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of facilities including cleaning, maintenance, security, and repairs.
• Developing and implementing programs to improve the efficiency of facilities operations.
• Responsible to conduct, weekly – monthly -In-house / ON JOB LEARNING sessions with LEARNING & DEVOLEMPMENT section for the staff grooming & development.
• Maintain concise records of all recreation items, e.g., relevant tools inventory, maintenance records, costing, budgeting,
• Responsible to coordinate with the stores & supply chain for sampling of required material and follow ups.
• Manage contractors, and suppliers as directed to ensure service delivery.
• Strong track record of managing external relationships.
• Responsible to supervise and maintained the recreational mechanical facilities and water facilities maintenances / up gradates and strong coordination with in the recreations officer coordinators and supply chain for fast procedures and procurements.
• Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
• Ability to collaborate well with supervisors, peers, subordinates, guests, vendors and corporate partners.

Requirements:

• At least 2- 3 years of experience in same field
• Must be graduate (B-tech will be preferable)
• Must have knowledge of Business software (MIS)
• Must have excellent problem solving, analytical, interpersonal Skill,
• Must have knowledge of Computer literacy,
• Must Have Good communication skill,
• Individual should be Cool minded, have good Leadership and Management skill.
