We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager who can support the Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day business operations and ensuring seamless workflow management across departments.

Job Summary

The Assistant Operations Manager will play a key role in coordinating teams, monitoring project progress, improving operational processes, and ensuring that departmental objectives are achieved efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with experience managing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily operations across multiple departments.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and workflow progress.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with Production, Creative, Quality Control, and other teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Support the development, implementation, and enforcement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure effective resource allocation and workload management.
  • Track departmental KPIs and provide performance insights to management.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and leadership.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure operational compliance with company policies and quality standards.

RequirementsEducation

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in Operations Management, Project Management, Business Operations, or Agency Administration.
  • Experience in Media, Creative, Marketing, Digital Agency, IT Services, or Production environments will be preferred.
