Job Title: Project Manager (FMCG)

Location: DHA
Salary: PKR 100,000 – 120,000/month
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Project Manager with experience in the FMCG industry to manage projects from planning to execution. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, reporting, and client management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and project performance reports.
• Analyze project data and present actionable insights to management.
• Manage client communications and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Track project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and milestones.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress updates.
• Prepare project documentation, presentations, and reports for stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and project management best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards) and PowerPoint.
• Experience with reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis.
• Excellent client management and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under deadlines.

Compensation

• Salary: PKR 100,000 – 120,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
• Location: DHA.
