Job Summary

We are looking for target-driven and client-focused Project Managers / Upsellers to manage international client projects, handle freelance marketplace communication, and identify opportunities to increase revenue through upselling.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience with Fiverr or Upwork, and the ability to manage projects from inquiry to delivery. This role requires someone who can understand client requirements, coordinate with internal teams, maintain smooth workflows, and confidently pitch additional services to clients.

This is a target-based role suitable for candidates who are motivated by results, client satisfaction, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle Fiverr inquiries, messages, custom offers, orders, revisions, and client coordination.
• Communicate professionally with international clients and understand their project requirements.
• Coordinate with internal design, development, content, or relevant execution teams to complete projects on time.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs.
• Pitch additional services, upgrades, add-ons, and long-term packages to clients.
• Maintain project timelines, task updates, communication records, and client follow-up logs.
• Ensure smooth workflow management between clients and internal teams.
• Monitor order progress, deadlines, revisions, and delivery quality.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through timely responses, clear communication, and proactive updates.
• Support improvement of Fiverr account performance, response time, order completion rate, repeat business, and client reviews.
• Meet assigned sales, upselling, revenue, and project management targets.
• Resolve client concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, Communication, IT, or a relevant field is preferred.
• Prior experience with Fiverr, Upwork, freelance marketplaces, sales, client communication, or project coordination is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with international clients confidently and professionally.
• Understanding of digital services such as graphic design, web development, app development, SEO, content writing, branding, or related services will be preferred.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and upselling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and client conversations at the same time.
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve monthly performance goals.
• Strong coordination skills to work with internal teams and ensure timely execution.
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle revisions, complaints, and client expectations.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, project management tools, spreadsheets, or communication logs is a plus.
