Project Manager

Milano, a leading provider of Elevators, Escalators, Building Technologies, Interior Solutions, and Construction-Related Products, is seeking an ambitious and highly connected Project Manager to lead project acquisition, client relationship management, and business growth initiatives.

This position is ideal for a dynamic professional with extensive market exposure, strong industry networks, and the ability to identify, pursue, and secure high-value projects across both public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities and projects.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, builders, contractors, developers, project owners, and government departments.
• Monitor upcoming construction and infrastructure projects and actively pursue business opportunities.
• Lead project bidding, proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract finalization.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop strategic partnerships to expand the company's market presence.
• Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure achievement of business development and project acquisition targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Project Management, Business Development, Sales, or Project Acquisition.
• Strong professional network within the construction and building industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to independently generate leads and convert opportunities into successful projects.
• Strong understanding of project documentation, specifications, BOQs, tenders, and contracts.
• Proactive, target-driven, and result-oriented personality.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.
• Valid driving license preferred.
