Job Overview

TAUT is looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to oversee and manage client projects across multiple e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and eBay.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth project execution, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering projects on time. This is not a sales role—your primary focus will be project delivery, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client accounts across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and eBay.
• Lead client onboarding and ensure a seamless transition from sales to operations.
• Create project plans, define timelines, and monitor deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely project execution.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and provide project updates.
• Handle client concerns and escalations professionally.
• Track project progress and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and weekly performance reports.
• Identify potential risks and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and long-term account retention.
• Improve internal workflows and project management processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management, Account Management, or E-Commerce Operations.
• Experience working with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, Shopify, TikTok Shop, or eBay is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira is a plus.
• Must be available to work US Business Hours (Night Shift – Pakistan Time).
