Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Amazon Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Seller Central, order processing, and pricing strategies. You will be responsible for managing online store presence on Amazon platforms to drive sales.Key Responsibility:<ul><li>Amazon FBA Management: Oversee and optimize FBA operations for Amazon. Ensure seamless inventory management, order fulfillment, 3PL Prep and product listing optimization to maximize sales performance.</li><li>Order Processing: Handle order processing efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and tracking of orders for both Amazon and Walmart platforms.</li><li>Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies based on market trends, competitor analysis, and cost structures to drive sales while maintaining profitability.</li><li>Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, handling returns, and addressing feedback in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Analytics &amp; Reporting: Monitor performance metrics such as sales, returns, customer satisfaction, and inventory levels. Use this data to recommend improvements and make informed decisions to optimize the selling process.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven 1-2 years of experience managing Amazon seller accounts, with in-depth knowledge of FBA Wholesale processes.</li><li>Expertise in order processing, pricing strategies, and customer support for e-commerce businesses.</li><li>Strong understanding of Amazon platform policies, best practices, and algorithms.</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.</li><li>Familiarity with tool like Keepa.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment.</li></ul>Perks: High-end Commission , Non-Toxic, Friendly environment ,Growth OpportunitiesOffice Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, 13-D1 KarachiType: On-sitePreferred Tools:<ul><li>Experience with Keepa to analyze products selling potential and other promotional tools.</li><li>Knowledge of re-prising strategy and tools.</li><li>Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.</li><li>Strong Account Management skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
