About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced WordPress & Web Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining high-quality websites while collaborating with multiple departments to deliver scalable, user-friendly web solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain responsive WordPress websites.
• Build and customize WordPress themes, plugins, and page builder templates.
• Create websites using Elementor, Divi, and WPBakery.
• Develop custom web applications using Core PHP, CodeIgniter, and MySQL.
• Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, cross-browser compatible web pages.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO best practices, and mobile responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot website functionality, plugins, databases, and front-end issues.
• Integrate third-party APIs, plugins, and headless CMS solutions when required.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, marketing teams, developers, operations, and QA to deliver projects on time.
• Ensure code quality, security, and adherence to development best practices.
• Maintain project documentation and provide technical recommendations where needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience in WordPress and web development.
• Strong expertise in WordPress development and customization.
• Proficiency in:
• PHP
• MySQL
• HTML5
• CSS3
• JavaScript
• Bootstrap
• Hands-on experience with Elementor, Divi, and WPBakery.
• Experience with Core PHP and CodeIgniter Framework.
• Solid understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development.
• Experience with website performance optimization and debugging.
• Knowledge of version control (Git) is a plus.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing WordPress websites and custom web development projects is required.
