Project Manager - (Civil Engineer)

Objective:

Imam Hospital is seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager (Civil Engineer) to lead a six-month infrastructure development and renovation project. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing civil works while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Candidates with prior hospital or healthcare project experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise hospital development, renovation, and maintenance projects.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and monitor project performance.
• Coordinate with hospital management, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor construction progress.
• Identify project risks and implement effective solutions to minimize delays.
• Review contractor work, verify project milestones, and ensure compliance with approved specifications.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and present project updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare facility standards, safety regulations, and local building codes.
• Recommend improvements to hospital infrastructure to enhance operational efficiency and patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Hospital or healthcare project experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, construction management, and quality control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar project management tools is an advantage.
