Project Manager Civil

Job Summary

• Lead and manage nationwide civil and telecom infrastructure projects including BTS sites, solar installations, NE rooms, and tower foundations
• Oversee end-to-end project execution (E2E) including planning, design coordination, implementation, and final customer approval
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, budget, and quality standards
• Manage cross-functional teams including civil, electrical, vendor, and subcontractor teams
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders for design approval and project execution strategies
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale telecom civil works including BTS sites, tower foundations, rooftop sites, and greenfield projects
• Lead nationwide solar and hybrid power projects including design, installation, and implementation
• Handle sharing, maintenance, and NE room construction projects as per customer requirements
• Manage CW (Civil Works) regional operations and ensure smooth execution across multiple sites
• Conduct site inspections, technical audits, and quality assurance checks
• Review and approve technical designs, BOQs, drawings, and execution plans
• Ensure successful project commissioning and obtain final customer approval
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams, ensuring performance and compliance
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and ensure milestone achievements
• Implement quality control procedures and ensure adherence to industry standards
• Handle risk management, troubleshooting, and on-site technical issues
• Coordinate with design teams for optimized and cost-effective engineering solutions
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and project record maintenance
• Conduct vendor evaluation and performance assessments
• Manage resources (human, technical, and material) for timely project completion

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong expertise in telecom civil works, BTS infrastructure, tower foundations, and solar projects
• In-depth knowledge of electromechanical and civil engineering design principles
• Experience in hybrid power systems, DG, solar PV, and telecom energy solutions
• Ability to review and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and design packages
• Strong project management, planning, and execution skills
• Knowledge of QA/QC processes, safety standards, and industry regulations
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Qualification

• Bachelor’s / Master Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil) or equivalent
• PMP / Project Management certification will be an advantage

Experience

• 5– 8 years of relevant experience in Civil / Telecom / Infrastructure Projects
• Proven experience in leadership roles such as Team Lead, RCM, or Senior Project Engineer

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
