Project Manager

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale building construction projects in Lahore. You will take full ownership of project execution, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a strong opportunity for a construction professional with a proven track record leading major building projects, residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and lead execution of all project activities across the construction lifecycle, from foundation through handover

- Own day-to-day construction operations, ensuring full compliance with project specifications, building codes, and contractual obligations

- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and productivity targets

- Liaise with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, authorities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely project execution

- Lead site teams in upholding high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance

- Evaluate and approve construction methodologies, work programs, and technical submissions

- Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges, escalating where necessary

- Drive timely achievement of project milestones and deliverables, reporting progress to senior management

- Manage relationships with clients/stakeholders and represent the project in key meetings

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

- 15+ years of construction experience, with significant exposure to large-scale building projects.

- 5+ years in a Project Management role, with full project ownership.

- Demonstrated track record delivering residential, commercial, or mixed-use building projects.

- Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and approval processes.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
