Union Developers is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee real estate and construction projects from planning through completion.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate and construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and site execution.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Manage construction and development projects to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare progress reports and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Identify and resolve project risks and challenges.
