Structural Draftsman Job Location: Pakistan Job Type: Full-TimePosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Structural Draftsman with a minimum of 8+ years of professional experience, preferably within a consultancy environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical drafting skills, a solid understanding of structural systems, and experience working on villa and multi-storey mixed-use developments.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare detailed structural drawings, layouts, and plans based on engineers&rsquo; designs and specifications</li><li>Develop General Arrangement (GA) drawings, reinforcement detailing, fabrication drawings, and shop drawings</li><li>Ensure drawings comply with project requirements, applicable codes, and industry standards</li><li>Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and MEP teams to resolve design conflicts</li><li>Incorporate comments, markups, and revisions from consultants and project teams</li><li>Maintain drawing registers, revisions, and documentation records</li><li>Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion</li><li>Provide technical support to site teams by clarifying drawings and details</li><li>Assist in preparing bar bending schedules (BBS) and fabrication details</li><li>Ensure drawing quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards</li><li>Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Associate&rsquo;s Degree or Diploma in Structural Drafting, Civil Engineering, or related field</li><li>Minimum 8+ years of experience in structural drafting</li><li>Proven experience in villa projects and medium- to high-rise mixed-use multi-storey developments</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit</li><li>Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and construction practices</li><li>Excellent ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings</li><li>Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and drafting accuracy</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Understanding of international building codes and standards</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects</li></ul>Additional Skills (Preferred)<ul><li>Experience with modeling software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Plant 3D</li><li>Familiarity with clash detection tools such as Navisworks</li><li>Strong engineering background with basic knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems</li><li>Fair understanding of MEP and HVAC systems and components</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications</li><li>AutoCAD certification is an advantage</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to work on diverse and technically challenging projects</li><li>Professional consultancy working environment</li><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
