Project Manager

Ran AI is a custom AI development and automation company that helps businesses improve operations, automate workflows, enhance customer interactions, and build scalable AI-powered solutions.

We are looking for a capable and technology-focused Project Manager who can coordinate teams, manage project delivery, and ensure that client and internal projects are completed effectively.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion. The role requires close collaboration with developers, designers, business development teams, clients, and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should be organized, tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects from initial discussion to final delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with development, design, sales, marketing, and operations teams.
• Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Communicate regularly with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Organize meetings, follow-ups, task assignments, and project updates.
• Identify potential risks, delays, and operational challenges.
• Ensure all teams have the information and resources required to complete their work.
• Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and delivery records.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Support quality assurance and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
• Help improve internal project management processes and workflows.
• Work flexible hours when required to coordinate with international clients or teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum three years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong understanding of technology, software development, AI, automation, or digital products.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable using project-management and collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of project outcomes.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing software, AI, SaaS, or technology projects.
• Familiarity with tools such as Trello, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Notion, Slack, or Microsoft Teams.
• Understanding of Agile or Scrum project-management practices.
• Experience communicating with international clients.
• Knowledge of product development and software-delivery processes.
