A Project Manager oversees the entire lifecycle of a project, from initiation to completion. They coordinate cross-functional teams, allocate resources, and manage budgets to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to the expected quality standards. [1, 2]Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, milestones, and timelines in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Allocate internal and external resources, track spending, and control costs to prevent budget overruns.
  • Risk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively identify project risks, analyze blockers, and develop contingency plans to resolve delays or constraints.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the central point of contact, providing regular status reports and managing client expectations.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the final deliverables align with the initial project brief and quality standards.

Core Qualifications

  • Experience: Typically 2-3 years of proven experience in project management or a related field.
  • Methodologies: Familiarity with frameworks like Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Kanban.
  • Tools: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Microsoft Project, or Trello).
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, time management, and organizational abilities.

Pay: Rs160,000.00 per month
