About the Role

4Nodes Technologies is looking for a Technical Project Manager to take ownership of WordPress and web development projects from requirement gathering to delivery.

This is not a purely administrative coordination role. You will be expected to understand project requirements, coordinate technical teams, drive execution, manage client communication, identify risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and according to requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Own assigned projects from planning and requirement analysis through delivery and handover.
• Understand client requirements and convert them into clear tasks and action items.
• Plan timelines, milestones, priorities, dependencies, and resources.
• Coordinate developers and internal teams while actively tracking project progress.
• Proactively identify risks, blockers, delays, and scope gaps — and propose solutions.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with clients regarding progress, issues, and timelines.
• Maintain accurate project updates, documentation, task tracking, and project visibility in ClickUp and other tools.
• Lead project meetings, client demonstrations, UAT, handovers, and follow-ups.
• Review and verify completed work before presenting it to clients.
• Coordinate functional, responsive, cross-browser, usability, and basic QA testing.
• Understand technical requirements well enough to ask the right questions and challenge unclear or unrealistic approaches.
• Identify opportunities for additional services such as SEO, WooCommerce, hosting, maintenance, UI/UX, and other digital solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Manager / Technical Project Manager in a software house or web development company.
• Practical understanding of WordPress, Elementor, PHP, WooCommerce, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, APIs, hosting, and web development workflows.
• Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, website performance, and technical project delivery.
• Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools, CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ownership, initiative, attention to detail, problem-solving, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently without requiring continuous daily supervision.
• Must be based in Lahore and able to commute to the office.

What We Expect

A successful PM at 4Nodes does more than forward emails between clients and developers. You are expected to understand the requirement, drive the work, track progress, identify risks, verify the result, communicate proactively, and take ownership of successful project delivery.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
