About the Role

We are partnering with a leading Construction Company based in Lahore to hire an experienced and driven Team Lead – Performance & Rewards to join their dynamic HR team. In this core role, you will spearhead the end-to-end performance management ecosystem, drive reward strategies, and align individual KPIs with strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, KPI development, quarterly reviews, and annual appraisals.
• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of the organization's PMS.
• Develop, monitor, and align KPIs across organizational, departmental, and individual tiers.
• Collaborate with department heads to define and update KPIs using the Balanced Scorecard methodology.
• Facilitate performance appraisal discussions and review meetings with senior management and department heads.
• Ensure the timely execution of quarterly and annual appraisal cycles through HRMS.
• Prepare and present high-impact performance reports, dashboards, scorecards, and management insights.
• Develop and monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for underperforming metrics.
• Ensure all performance frameworks directly support strategic business goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Core Performance Management, PMS, Performance Appraisals, KPI Development, and Reporting.
• Technical Expertise: Strong mastery of Balanced Scorecard frameworks, KPI structures, and hands-on experience utilizing an HRMS.
• Skills: Excellent analytical, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
