The Opportunity:
As Team Lead, you will own the day-to-day performance of the team of Associates. You will split your time between hands-on recruiting and team leadership, setting the standard, coaching your team, and ensuring every project is delivered with speed, quality, and accountability. This role is the foundation of a long-term growth path.
What You Will Do:
The Team Lead operates as both an operational manager and a hands-on individual contributor. Time is split across three core areas:
Hands-on Recruiting (50%)
- Take personal ownership of complex and high-priority expert sourcing requests that require senior judgment or specialist knowledge
- Step in directly on any project where the team is struggling — owning the outreach, call, and delivery outcome personally
- Conduct expert screening and qualification calls, producing structured and accurate screening notes
- Manage outreach across multiple channels with a proactive, call-first approach and zero tolerance for passive waiting
Team Management (25%)
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Associates on a day-to-day basis, setting expectations and holding the team accountable
- Monitor team performance against daily activity targets, flagging underperformance early and taking corrective action
- Review outreach strategy for each live project and guide Associates on how to approach difficult or time-sensitive sourcing requests
- Coach Associates on expert engagement, objection handling, screening quality, and professional communication
- Act as the primary escalation point for all project-level blockers, unreachable experts, and urgent requests
- Coordinate directly with the team on project assignments, priorities, and delivery updates
- Run daily stand-ups and prepare EOD reports submitted every working day by close of business
Quality Control (25%)
- Review all expert screening notes produced by Associates before submission
- Monitor outreach quality across all active projects — spot-checking messages, call logs, and tracker entries daily
- Ensure full adherence to recruiting SOPs and compliance guidelines across all team activity
- Identify gaps in process, outreach quality, or team behavior and proactively recommend improvements
Whom We Are Looking For:
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in expert network recruiting, executive search, or a high-volume research and outreach role
- Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring a junior team with measurable performance outcomes
- Full professional fluency in English — written and spoken — with the ability to communicate clearly with international clients and partners
- Proven outreach discipline: comfortable making high-volume calls, handling objections, and following up persistently
- Strong tracker and CRM discipline — you log everything, on time, every time
- Available to commit exclusively to this engagement during working hours, with willingness to monitor urgent escalations outside office hours
Strong Preferences
- Prior experience at a global expert network firm (any region)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, or equivalent sourcing tools
- Exposure to EU or US time-zone projects and international communication
- Experience with structured reporting and KPI management
This Role Is Not For You If
- You prefer to wait for inbound responses rather than proactively chasing experts
- You are uncomfortable being held to daily activity metrics and delivery targets
- You cannot commit to full exclusivity on this engagement
- You struggle to balance hands-on delivery with team oversight simultaneously
What We Offer
- Work directly with an international expert network firm serving global consulting and financial services clients
- Compensation and progression are tied to output, quality, and consistency — not tenure
- Daily exposure to complex global projects across industries, markets, and business models
Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs450,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
