SEO Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced SEO Lead to drive organic growth, improve search visibility, and lead our SEO team. The ideal candidate has extensive expertise in Technical SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Local SEO, and Content SEO, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute SEO and GEO strategies to increase organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.

Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team to achieve performance goals.

Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve crawling, indexing, site speed, and Core Web Vitals issues.

Optimize websites for both traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms.

Oversee keyword research, content optimization, internal linking, and authority-building initiatives.

Monitor SEO performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices.

Requirements

5+ years of SEO experience, including team leadership.

Strong expertise in Technical SEO, GEO, and all major SEO disciplines.

Proficiency with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.

Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Proven ability to drive organic growth and achieve business objectives.
