One of our Client is looking for a Manager Accounts &amp; Finance to manage reconciliation processes, ensure accuracy in accounts payable and receivable, and support financial reporting.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ledger reconciliation, vendor and customer accounts, tax compliance, and financial analysis, with a strong command of accounting principles and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Manage reconciliation of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) on a monthly and quarterly basis.&middot; Review and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely adjustments.&middot; Identify discrepancies, investigate variances, and coordinate with internal departments for resolution.&middot; Ensure accurate posting of vendor invoices, payments, and receipts.&middot; Support in financial reporting, assisting the CFO with data analysis and monthly closings.&middot; Prepare and maintain reconciliation statements for banks, suppliers, and customers.&middot; Assist in sales tax and withholding tax calculations and ensure compliance with applicable laws.&middot; Coordinate with auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation.&middot; Monitor internal controls and recommend process improvements for better accuracy and efficiency.Requirements:&middot; Education: ACCA / CA (Part Qualified) MBA Finance, M.Com /) or equivalent.&middot; Experience: 6&ndash;8 years of relevant experience in Accounts, Finance in the fashion, retail, or textile sector.Skills:o Strong expertise in account reconciliation and ledger management.o Solid understanding of taxation and accounting principles.o Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.o Strong attention to detail and deadline orientation.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs220,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
