Job Requirements:-<ul><li>Design and implement a performance management system for all employees of the company including JDs, KPIs, behaviors, performance monitoring tools and performance reporting mechanism</li><li>Train and provide support to managers and employees to develop SMART goals that are aligned with organizational goals</li><li>Develop performance improvement plans for underperforming employees</li><li>Overseeing the succession planning, employee development and career planning.</li><li>Develop departmental organizational charts and suggest structural changes.</li><li>Develop and execute learning calendar as per identified training needs.</li><li>Develop and execute a strategy for embedding Company&rsquo;s Vision, Mission and values to all levels of employees.</li><li>Technology integration on various HR Dashboards and for management reporting</li><li>Drive and monitor Employee Engagement activities for all segment of the company</li><li>Suggest and implement competitive Rewards &amp; Compensation plans for the entire Organization</li></ul>Job Location: 15KM Sheikhupura Road, Lahore Qualification:- MBA HRM or equivalent (with proven experience in PMS , Learning &amp; Engagement) Experience:- 5-7 years (Preferably in Textile / Apparel Sector)Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs180,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
