Sr. Executive / Executive &ndash; Production (Luxury Fashion / Couture)Job OverviewWe are looking for a Production Executive with hands-on experience in luxury fashion, couture, bridal, or premium eastern wear. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end production execution, including adda work coordination, quality checks, production follow-ups, vendor coordination, and timely deliveries while maintaining high luxury craftsmanship standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee daily production activities from sampling to final delivery.</li><li>Coordinate with adda teams, karigars, tailors, vendors, and finishing units.</li><li>Manage all hand embellishment/adda work including dabka, naqshi, sequins, stones, zardozi, and embroidery execution.</li><li>Ensure production timelines and delivery deadlines are met.</li><li>Conduct quality checks at every production stage including stitching, embellishment, fitting, and finishing.</li><li>Follow up on pending articles, alterations, and urgent production requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with design and retail teams for production updates and dispatch planning.</li><li>Maintain production tracking, order status, and workflow coordination.</li><li>Ensure garments meet brand quality and luxury finishing standards.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of relevant experience in luxury couture, bridal, or fashion retail production.</li><li>Strong knowledge of adda work, embellishments, garment finishing, and production processes.</li><li>Experience handling vendors, artisans, and production teams.</li><li>Good coordination, time management, and follow-up skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel and production tracking.</li></ul>Preferred Industry Background<ul><li>Luxury Couture</li><li>Bridal &amp; Formal Wear</li><li>Premium Eastern Wear Brands</li><li>Designer Fashion Houses</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Sr. Executive / Executive – Production

<ul><li>Build and scale the Digital Media &amp; Marketing function from the ground up, including team hiring, process development, and platform setup.</li><li>Develop and implement digital strategies aligned with business goals across performance marketing, social media, e-commerce, and brand communications.</li><li>Identify digital growth opportunities and allocate budgets effectively across platforms such as Meta, Google, and influencer networks, etc.</li><li>Oversee content strategy - static, video, and dynamic content - tailored to brand identity and audience interests across all platforms.</li><li>Lead the execution of end-to-end digital campaigns through the internal team and agency partners, ensuring timelines, quality, and impact.</li><li>Analyze digital performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, reach, engagement) and optimize strategies using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics.</li><li>Create and present data visualizations and performance reports for management, highlighting insights, trends, and action plans.</li><li>Supervise the development and performance of brand.</li><li>Lead agency and vendor management, including media buying, creative, influencer, and print, for campaign execution and optimization.</li><li>Drive innovation through experimentation with emerging digital tools, trends, and platforms.</li><li>Ensure ROI-focused digital marketing that improves conversion rates, reduces customer acquisition cost, and increases retention.</li><li>Lead and mentor the digital marketing team to build strong functional and leadership capabilities.</li></ul><ul><li>Digital media planning and buying.</li><li>Performance marketing (Meta, Google).</li><li>SEO/SEM strategy.</li><li>Data analytics (GA4, Meta, CRM, dashboards).</li><li>Social media strategy and management.</li><li>Influencer marketing.</li><li>Campaign development and execution.</li><li>Conversion rate optimization.</li><li>Strategic thinking and planning.</li><li>Creative leadership and content strategy.</li><li>Team and stakeholder management.</li><li>Problem-solving and decision-making.</li><li>Adaptability to modern trends and tools.</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills.</li><li>ROI and growth mindset.</li></ul><ul><li>Minimum 6 - 10 years of experience in digital marketing.
