- Build and scale the Digital Media & Marketing function from the ground up, including team hiring, process development, and platform setup.
- Develop and implement digital strategies aligned with business goals across performance marketing, social media, e-commerce, and brand communications.
- Identify digital growth opportunities and allocate budgets effectively across platforms such as Meta, Google, and influencer networks, etc.
- Oversee content strategy - static, video, and dynamic content - tailored to brand identity and audience interests across all platforms.
- Lead the execution of end-to-end digital campaigns through the internal team and agency partners, ensuring timelines, quality, and impact.
- Analyze digital performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, reach, engagement) and optimize strategies using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics.
- Create and present data visualizations and performance reports for management, highlighting insights, trends, and action plans.
- Supervise the development and performance of brand.
- Lead agency and vendor management, including media buying, creative, influencer, and print, for campaign execution and optimization.
- Drive innovation through experimentation with emerging digital tools, trends, and platforms.
- Ensure ROI-focused digital marketing that improves conversion rates, reduces customer acquisition cost, and increases retention.
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team to build strong functional and leadership capabilities.
