Job Title: Civil Site Engineer

Location: Do talwar Site office

Working Hours: 9pm to 5:30am

Experience required:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Civil Site Engineer , who can manage 4 story building to estimate, review shop drawings.disciplined, organized, and capable of working efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Review construction drawings and provide technical guidance to on-site teams
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and schedules
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Conduct virtual site inspections through reports, images, and coordination with site staff
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to construction and design
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and documentation
• Manage material requirements, equipment coordination, and labor planning
• Verify site measurements and assist in quantity estimation when required
• Ensure that project tasks are completed within the defined deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred graduate from NED University)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction or site engineering
• Must be able to work remotely and effectively manage tasks and coordination from a remote location
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, and project coordination
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
• Strong communication and coordination skills for working with international teams
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote work environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience in remote project coordination and reporting
• Strong documentation and project tracking skills
• Familiarity with construction safety standards and compliance procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
