Site Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a competent and experienced Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure quality execution of work, and monitor site progress in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications. The ideal candidate must possess practical knowledge of site engineering as well as surveying activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities
• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams
• Monitor construction quality, progress, and material utilization
• Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation
• Conduct site measurements and quantity verification
• Assist in surveying, leveling, and setting-out activities
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements
• Report project progress and site issues to management

Requirements:

• DAE (Civil) – Diploma of Associate Engineer (Mandatory)
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction projects
• Sound knowledge of site supervision and construction practices
• Practical knowledge of surveying equipment and survey work
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD will be preferred
• Strong communication and reporting skills
