Operations Manager – BME International (Key Responsibilities)
- Plan, manage, and oversee the successful execution of all operational projects and events from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage manpower planning, staff deployment, attendance, duty rosters, and workforce utilization.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, suppliers, venues, and internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, Gulf labour laws, health & safety, and quality standards.
- Prepare operational documentation, including SOPs, project plans, event briefs, staffing schedules, and post-project reports.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate supervisors, coordinators, and operational teams to improve productivity and service quality.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Procurement, Sales, Marketing, and IT to achieve operational and business objectives.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, profitability, and operational KPIs while implementing cost-control initiatives.
- Support business development by providing operational feasibility studies, staffing plans, and execution strategies for new projects.
- Drive digital transformation through ERP systems, project management tools, automation, and operational reporting dashboards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, government authorities, suppliers, and business partners.
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure complete project documentation, reporting, compliance records, and operational audits are maintained accurately.
- Must possess international operations experience, preferably within the GCC, with sound knowledge of Gulf labour laws, project management, IT systems, and marketing coordination.
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
