Technical Project Manager

We're looking for a motivated and organized Technical Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who has experience managing software or web development projects and can effectively bridge the gap between clients and developers.

Responsibilities

• Manage software and web development projects from planning to delivery.
• Gather project requirements and communicate with international clients.
• Create project timelines, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
• Coordinate daily with developers, designers, and QA teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Identify risks, resolve blockers, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular status updates.
• Maintain project documentation and reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of software and web development concepts.
• Ability to communicate effectively with developers and understand technical requirements.
• Familiarity with technologies such as WordPress, Shopify, React, Laravel, APIs, databases, and modern web development workflows (coding experience is not required).
• Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with international clients.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing UI/UX, eCommerce, or SaaS projects is a plus.
