Technical Project Manager

About the Role

We're a fast-growing digital solutions company building and scaling our own SaaS products while also delivering web development, branding, and design work for clients. We're looking for a Project Manager to own execution across our teams and keep delivery organized as we grow.

You'll be the person who keeps timelines honest, unblocks the team, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks — whether that's a client website launch, a new SaaS feature rollout, or a cross-team marketing push.

What You'll Do

• Plan, scope, and manage projects end-to-end across web development, design, and SaaS product teams
• Run agile ceremonies — sprint planning, standups, retros — and keep the backlog groomed and prioritized
• Set and track timelines, milestones, and deliverables; flag risks before they become fires
• Coordinate between developers, designers, and marketing staff to keep work unblocked
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and clear communication with stakeholders
• Manage client expectations and act as a point of contact for project status and scope changes
• Help refine internal project management processes as the team scales

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience managing software, web, or digital agency projects
• Solid working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies (Kanban experience a plus)
• Comfortable working with both technical teams (developers) and creative teams (designers, marketers)
• Strong organizational skills — you can juggle multiple projects without dropping details
• Clear, proactive communicator, both with internal teams and clients
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Notion, Jira, Asana, or similar)
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle; SaaS or agency experience is a plus
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, small-team environment where priorities shift quickly

Nice to Have

• Scrum Master or PMP certification
• Experience working with international/remote clients
• Background in tech, digital marketing, or a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
