Key ResponsibilitiesPatient &amp; Front Desk Management<ul><li>Greet patients professionally and ensure a positive first impression.</li><li>Manage patient flow, appointments, and basic front-desk coordination.</li><li>Handle patient queries and guide them appropriately without interfering in medical decisions.</li></ul>Leads &amp; Revenue Management<ul><li>Manage and convert patient leads received through calls, walk-ins, or digital platforms.</li><li>Track lead sources, follow-ups, and conversion status.</li><li>Coordinate with doctors to align services with patient expectations to support revenue growth.</li></ul>Billing &amp; Invoicing<ul><li>Prepare and manage patient invoices, receipts, and payment records.</li><li>Ensure accurate billing in coordination with clinic policies and management instructions.</li></ul>Clinic Operations &amp; Administration<ul><li>Oversee daily clinic operations while strictly adhering to doctors&rsquo; medical protocols.</li><li>Ensure clinic cleanliness, discipline, and operational readiness.</li><li>Act as a liaison between AR Clinic doctors and Max Holding top management.</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Requisitions<ul><li>Upload and manage purchase requisitions as required.</li><li>Ensure timely receipt of inventory and verify quantities against requisitions.</li><li>Maintain accurate clinic inventory records and report shortages in advance.</li></ul>Doctor Coordination &amp; Scheduling<ul><li>Manage doctor timings, duty rosters, and schedules.</li><li>Ensure optimal utilization of doctors&rsquo; availability.</li><li>Coordinate leaves, adjustments, and clinic coverage.</li></ul>Meetings &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Conduct and participate in weekly meetings with management and doctors.</li><li>Present operational issues, lead conversion reports, and challenges.</li><li>Justify lead performance and propose solutions for improvement.</li></ul>Conflict &amp; Issue Resolution<ul><li>Resolve inter-doctor conflicts professionally and confidentially.</li><li>Address and resolve inter-clinic operational issues in coordination with management.</li><li>Escalate sensitive matters appropriately when required.</li></ul>Revenue Growth<ul><li>Support initiatives aimed at increasing clinic revenue through better patient handling, lead conversion, scheduling efficiency, and operational improvements.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
