<ul><li>Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.</li><li>Help with onboarding new employees, including preparing orientation materials and conducting inductions.</li><li>Support HR in maintaining and updating employee records and databases.</li><li>Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.</li><li>Coordinate employee training and development programs.</li><li>Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing HR-related correspondence.</li><li>Assist in handling employee queries and concerns.</li><li>Participate in the planning and execution of employee engagement and wellness programs.</li><li>Support HR in performance management processes, such as appraisals and feedback collection.</li><li>Help with HR compliance tasks and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li><li>Familiarity with HR software or HRIS systems is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.</li><li>A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
