Key Responsibilities
- Daily Attendance Reporting: Check and record daily attendance for Max Holding and all other group businesses every morning; compile and share the consolidated attendance report with all management heads daily by 11:00 PM (fixed daily task).
- Pre-Payroll Attendance Maintenance: Maintain and consolidate attendance records prior to payroll processing each cycle and share the finalized data with the HR Manager.
- Dress Code & ID Card Compliance: Inspect employees' dress code compliance and employee ID cards daily; prepare and submit a daily compliance checklist/report.
- Attendance & Leave Quota Records: Maintain daily attendance and leave quota records for all employees; submit the report before close of business each day.
- Recruitment Pool Management: Continuously update the interview call log and recruitment pool; compile and share a weekly recruitment status report.
- HR Documentation Templates: Maintain and update HR documentation templates (employee files, forms, letters, policies) in both hard copy (physical filing) and soft copy (digital records).
- Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Support: Assist in running TNA, research relevant training materials accordingly, share findings with the HR Manager, and maintain training assessment records.
- Daily HR Matters Reporting: Note all daily HR-related matters/issues and inform the HR Manager promptly.
- Onboarding/Offboarding Support: Assist with onboarding and offboarding documentation, including collection and verification for new joiners and exiting employees.
- Confidentiality & Ad-hoc Support: Maintain confidentiality of employee records and HR data, and support the HR Manager with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Skills Required
MS Excel/Word, attention to detail, time management, confidentiality, basic HR knowledge, and good communication skills. must BBA HR from reputed Firm
Pay: From Rs30,000.00 per month
