Global Industries Intelligence is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources department in recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, training coordination, and day-to-day HR operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in corporate HR practices within a professional training and consultancy organization serving clients across Pakistan, the GCC, and international markets.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Support
- Assist in posting job vacancies on job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
HR Administration
- Assist in maintaining employee files and HR documentation.
- Update employee records and HR databases.
- Support attendance and leave record management.
- Prepare HR-related reports and spreadsheets.
Employee Engagement
- Support employee engagement and team-building activities.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and celebrations.
- Help conduct employee feedback surveys and compile results.
Training & Development
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Maintain training records and attendance sheets.
- Assist in preparing training materials and presentations.
HR Operations
- Support onboarding and orientation activities for new employees.
- Assist in drafting HR letters, certificates, and other documents.
- Ensure proper filing and record management.
General Support
- Perform administrative tasks assigned by the HR department.
- Assist in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Support compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
