HR - INTERNSHIP CANDIDATE

ZIDELLO is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team in hiring top talent across the organization. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about HR, enjoys people-focused work, and wants to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.

Requirements

• Completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment, HR operations, and people management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and basic knowledge of job portals is a plus.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic skills in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data handling.

Pay: From Rs25,000.00 per month
