Job Summary
Liquid Technologies is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, employee engagement initiatives, and administrative tasks. This internship offers hands-on exposure to various HR functions and is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
HR Operations
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires
- Help prepare employment letters, certificates, and HR-related documents
- Maintain HR trackers and employee databases
Employee Engagement
- Support employee engagement activities, surveys, and events
- Assist in organizing training sessions, town halls, and company initiatives
- Help collect and compile employee feedback when required
Administrative Support
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal stakeholders
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and HR dashboards
- Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Requirements
- Recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong interest in Human Resources and Talent Management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: Rs10,000.00 - Rs15,000.00 per month
