HR Management Intern

The HR Management Intern will support the Human Resources department in carrying out day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, employee record management, and administrative tasks. The intern will gain practical exposure to HR functions and contribute to maintaining an organized and productive workplace environment. The internship is designed to provide hands-on learning and professional development opportunities within the organization.

Internship Duration

  • Duration: 3 Months
  • Internship Type: Unpaid
  • Upon successful completion and satisfactory performance, the intern may be offered a probationary position with a basic salary starting from the 4th month.

Work Schedule

  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Work Environment

This is an onsite position in a professional office environment. The intern will work closely with management and team members, participate in HR-related activities, and assist in maintaining effective communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

The HR Management Intern will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
  • Posting job advertisements on relevant job portals and social media platforms.
  • Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates according to job requirements.
  • Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
  • Maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
  • Updating and managing HR databases and spreadsheets.
  • Assisting in employee onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Preparing HR-related reports and administrative documents.
  • Supporting attendance and leave record management.
  • Conducting candidate follow-ups and maintaining communication records.
  • Assisting in performance tracking and employee engagement activities.
  • Managing LinkedIn and Facebook recruitment activities when required.
  • Performing data entry and ensuring accuracy of employee information.
  • Supporting management with additional HR and administrative tasks as assigned.

Reporting Structure

  • Reports To: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
  • Subordinates: None

Educational Qualifications

  • Undergraduate student or recently enrolled undergraduate candidate.
  • Preference will be given to candidates pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management Sciences, Digital marketing Diploma or a related field.

Experience

  • No prior experience required.
  • Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
